Occupational Health Intervention

Pre-employment screening:
To evaluate individual (mental) fitness to do the duties required of them in the job they have been appointed.

Essentially a supportive method for venting of any issues or situation which may be affecting the employee, both at work and personal life. Mental health evaluation is part of the process.

Conflict Management:
Coaching and modeling effective interaction styles, improving communication, problem & solution orientated sessions amongst individual and employers.

Return to Work Rehabilitation Programmes:
Support to get back to work after a period of absence for whatever reason. Dr Jain can make recommendations according to individual capabilities and will continue to support until fully returned and settled to work.

Sick Absence Management:
Dr Jain offers advice, support, education and formal medical reports for HR departments and employers.
