This was a collaborative study (Title: Study of Brain Function in Patients with Schizophrenia and Bipolar Affective Disorder Using ERP and fMRI) led by Professor P F Liddle. He was responsible for the recruitment and assessment of subjects, followed by ERP data acquisition and analysis.  He completed the project and analysed most of the ERP data.

M Med Sc Project:

Hypothesis: The amount and spatial distribution of low-frequency rhythmic oscillatory activity is abnormal in schizophrenia. Supervisor: Professor P F Liddle.
The P300 ERP data recorded during the auditory oddball task from adults with schizophrenia and controls has been analysed. The findings confirmed our hypothesis.
