Pre-employment screening:
To evaluate individual (mental) fitness to do their duties in the job they have been appointed.

Counselling:
Essentially a supportive method for venting any issues or situations affecting the employee, both at work and in personal life. Mental health evaluation is part of the process.

Conflict Management:
Coaching and modelling effective interaction styles, improving communication, problem & solution orientated sessions amongst individuals and employers.

Return to Work Rehabilitation Programmes:
Support to get back to work after a period of absence. Dr Jain can make recommendations according to individual capabilities and will continue supporting until they return and settle at work.

Sick Absence Management:
Dr Jain offers advice, support, education and formal medical reports for HR departments and employers.
