The ADHD assessment process is designed to be thorough yet straightforward, ensuring you receive a precise diagnosis and actionable recommendations.

1.  Request for Initial ADHD Assessment Consultation

   – Email a request to Dr Jain’s team at hello@roshanjain.com.

   – We will advise you to make a payment on G Pay, or net banking if you’re from outside India.

• • • •  Fee includes: Sending 3 questionnaires, Review and analysis of  completed questionnaires, Diagnostic consultation,  Formal ADHD assessment report, Prescription (if clinically indicated), ADHD management and medication information leaflet

   – After the fee payment is made, please take a screenshot or a confirmation of the payment via email. 

   – We will schedule an appointment after the above. 

2. Pre-assessment Questionnaires

   – As part of the pre-assessment, we will send a PDF of three questionnaires: the ASRS scale, the Self-report questionnaire, and the Informant report questionnaire.

   – You must complete and send the first two questionnaires and ask a family member or close friend to complete the informant questionnaire.

   – These questionnaires are about your symptoms and associated problems, as the groundwork for a fuller assessment later.

3. Clinical Interview/assessment

   – Dr Jain will discuss these questionnaires and complete the assessment by gathering further information at a scheduled appointment. 

   – He will explore how symptoms affect your daily life at home, school, or work.

   – He will review your medical history and any previous evaluations.

4. After assessment

   – You will receive an explanation of your difficulties and a formal ADHD Assessment report with diagnosis (if applicable).

   – You will receive personalised recommendations and treatment plans, including medication, therapy, and lifestyle advice.

 – If ADHD is diagnosed, a prescription will be issued (please note: prescriptions are only valid within India).

 – For international patients, a diagnostic report with treatment guidance will be shared.
